I know I have set markers before now in Fallout 4, and removed them. But I have set a marker that I can not seem to remove! What is the proper way to remove a marker you place somewhere on the map?
- All Discussions. From earlier and from Skyrim that I get rid of it by left-clicking somewhere else that is empty and just click Remove Custom Marker or something like that. Problem is, left-clicking on empty space on the map just moves my marker, no pop-up. I've tried Alt+ left and right-click, as well as Shift+ and Ctrl+.

Sim Settlements is working now, finally. Except, when I look at the city planner's desk, the cities don't seem to be upgrading despite plots being built. 2 17 comments. All of my settlements are saying 'City plans not available'. Creation Club on console. A: You need the “Rise of the Commonwealth” expansion pack for Sim Settlements (a separate mod file) in order for the city building plans/functionality to be available. Just upgrading to Sim Settlements 3.0 does not allow the settlement city building mechanic seen in the “Rise of the Commonwealth” trailers. Upgrade Requirements Agricultural - To advance an agricultural plot beyond level one, your settlers must be reasonably happy, and defense and water needs must be met for the settlement. I have been having an issue with the plot upgrades at Finch Farm not completing upgrading. Of 27 plots built I would estimate 10 are stuck with the scafolding built in front like they do when they upgrade. I tried fast traveling far away, sleeping 24 and 48hrs and the last thing I tried was increasing the settlement budget through the cheat.
